The song is inspired by FOMO’s experience of a breakup that left his heart scarred. But through his optimism and determination, he was able to find love again – as hopeless as it once had seemed. The producer wanted to develop a song that would portray his emotions to the fullest, and reached out to Aybe, a singer who’s voice is purely characterized by soul and zeal. In collaboration, the two artists are able to tell his story with “My Love.”

As I grew up, I saw many of my friends lose hope, stop exploring and give into the pressures confining them to this dsytopian society. I made it my point to live a life worth telling, going places worth going and teaching people lessons I’ve learned so they don’t have to repeat them for themselves.” – FOMO

Founded in 2015 by brothers Kris and Jeffrey Ware, and later joining forces with good friend John Mullinix, the three collaborated on a single vision – to create a space where artists can work together using their own unique talents and overcome an over-saturated music realm. The label enters its third year with a rolodex of accomplishments under its belt. Finding success with English Lit’s ‘Neverland‘ EP, the release made it’s way to #1 on Beatport’s Dubstep chart and #17 overall. Bass Craft’s ‘Blast Off‘ EP also found its way to the top of the Beatport charts landing at #8 in both the Dubstep and Electro House charts. In combination, Warpaint Records saw 8 releases and 22 singles chart for the combined total in just half a year. Matt Kali’s label release “Don’t Make Me” went viral on Spotify, accumulating over 100k plays in 3 weeks. The label has also found support from names such as 12th Planet, Lumberjvck, Kai Wachi, and more.
