The Looks for Sunset Music Festival

Memorial Weekend will again be off the chain due to Sunset Music Festival bringing BPMs to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. Along with uber sensational DJs like Above & Beyond, Major Lazer, RL Grime & Zeds Dead, the event will be buzzing with fashionistas and I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE WHAT EVERYONE WILL BE WEARING!

One of my favorite parts of festival season is the fashions!

My Sunset Music Festival Fashion Forecast is as follows:

Expect to see lots of flowy, breathable items. I predict we’ll see a ton of WHITE.  White is like the perfect color to start your outfit with, especially if you plan on wearing lots of trendy sparkles and gems on your face and in your hair.

The major creative designs will be seen on girls faces.  Like I wrote above, face jewelry and gems will be sported above eyebrows and glitter stickers under eyes. We are going to see fun and colorful eye shadows. The flash-tatt phase hasn’t fizzled out yet so if you still have some left over on your sheet, cut them out and wear them on your face!

Purchase white eye liner to make designs around your eyes.

Pro tip from our resident makeup artist, Brianna Graves

Go crazy and wear something with bright prints! Think outside the box and stay away from black on black on black. It’s going to HOT AF so do yourself a favor and wear little black. Also, over-sized rock band tee’s are played out at the moment; pick something else for SMF!

Hair Stylings:

Tops knots, braids and buns are super f-in cute.  You can’t go wrong with these picks because they’ll stay in tact from festival open to close- Unless you’re doing some major head banging.

Last words:

Keep it fashionable, festive, fabulous and flattering!
