Attention crazy Okeechobee campers! We’re just a few weeks away from the weekend of a lifetime. Before you get down and dirty for all your funky jams, you’ll need to know how to survive in the wilderness for a few days. We are here to provide you with the essentials to make your experience while camping effortless and as luxurious as possible! No need to fear the unknown, we have a list of “must-haves” for this memorable excursion. In addition to your ticket, cash, ID, and credit card, you’ll need:

  • Tent (make sure it’s large enough to fit all the homies in it)
  • Tarp to lay down under your tent – keeps you from having a wet tent bottom if it rains
  • Zip ties and duct tape – because ya never know
  • Lantern for nighttime
  • Sleeping bag, lots of blankets, or an air mattress for divalicious gals
  • Inflatable pool float for a cheaper air mattress option
  • Chairs to sit on for hanging out
  • Table to prepare food on or play flip cup
  • Quick Shade or canopy for shade and lounging underneath (IMPORTANT)
  • Tapestries to customize the bungalow
  • Hammock for those mid-day naps
  • Wireless speaker to jam out 24/7
  • Pillows to rest yo head
  • Air pump if you don’t feel like blowing up your inflatable bed
  • Flashlight to see at night

The Okeechobee Music and Arts Festival is an annual four-day music and arts festival produced by Soundslinger, LLC. The festival is held at the 600-acre property, Sunshine Grove in Okeechobee, Florida. This year the event takes place from March 1st-4th.
