Two unknown producers could win the opportunity of a lifetime thanks to Scorpio Music, one of France’s biggest independent electronic music imprints.  The label that brought Love Symbol (Prince), the Village People, Martin Garrix, Hardwell and Deorro to France announces today a huge new international A&R drive to discover new, unsigned talent – and it could be you!

Win, and you’ll have automatic access to a mammoth platform that will distribute your music to millions of fans worldwide – a move that could prove one of the biggest breaks in your career.  The brief from Scorpio is about as wide as it gets, the only stipulation being tracks must be between 120-135BPM. Other than that, it’s up to you what genre, what style and what production you use.  

To enter, simply upload your track to before May 12th, then share with fans and friends alike. The 10 most popular singles in terms of SoundCloud listens by the end of May will then go through to be judged by Scorpio Music’s A&R team in Paris.

First prize in the competition includes a two-single release contract on all digital stores and streaming platforms, global PR campaign from Scorpio Music’s official publicist Get In!, and song upload to the Scorpio Music YouTube channel with over 1 million subscribers. The runner up will receive the exact same prize but for a solo single release.

Over the space of 4 decades Scorpio Music has proven time and again to have their ear bang on the big money. It should come as no surprise to observers that their well-oiled A&R department is finally shifting its attention to larger waters flexing its significant muscle outside of France.
