Jenaux & Bryce Fox – Sentiments
C3 managed, NYC hustler and future-funk producer Jenaux has teamed up with Bloomington, Indiana Vocalist Bryce Fox to unveil gravity defying single “Sentiments” released through UK based record label, Tritonal’s Enhanced Music.
Years of persistence and hard work have proved worthwhile for electronic groove composer Jenaux. Adding new dimensions to contemporary dance music by incorporating classic instrumentation with nu-funk frequencies, listeners are engulfed by an immersive, multi-faceted listening experience. Having worked with the likes of The Chainsmokers, Grizfolk, and Lemaitre while simultaneously landing features on house-hold name playlists like Spotify’s “Fresh Finds,” the New York player is no stranger to success. A multi-talented musician, proficient in remixes, Jenaux has made his way onto Spotify’s US and global top 50 charts and performed at some of the nations most respected live-electronic music venues and festivals such as The Fillmore, Webster Hall, The Disco Biscuits’ curated Camp Bisco, Lightening In A Bottle, and Governors Ball. His latest single, set to release with UK based record label Enhanced Music “Senitments” called upon Bloomington vocalist Bryce Fox for execution. This syrupy, deep-groove piece is robust and intoxicating. “Sentiments” capitalizes on Jenaux’ signature, staple sound while Bryce Fox brings it together with his unique, chopped vocals.
Opening the 2017 Governor’s Ball Music Festival was 25 year-old NYC DJ/ producer Jenaux, whose self-produced and self-released dance record, “Get It On,” has gone viral on Spotify since its 2016 release. Having previously produced music for the Chainsmokers, Cher Lloyd, and the Grizfolk, Jenaux is now finding his place both on festival rosters (he also recently played the Lightning in a Bottle Arts & Music Festival in California) and the international dance scene. Charismatic and gracious behind the booth, at Governor’s Ball Jenaux created a vibrant and positive atmosphere. The quirkiness in his tunes, combined with funk influences, creates an instantly fun and refreshing atmosphere that separates his tunes from darker-toned EDM. – The Deli NYC
