STEVE AOKI 2016 Release Rewind
STEVE AOKI’s cultural imprint dramatically expanded once again in 2016. The GRAMMY® Award-nominated gold-selling international producer, DJ, artist, entrepreneur and philanthropist smashed genre boundaries with chart-topping collaborations across pop, hip-hop, rock and beyond.
As DIM MAK, the label he founded in 1996 celebrated hits 20th anniversary with numerous events around the world, he simultaneously extended his influence into the worlds of film, mobile gaming-acquiring Rogue, his own e-sports organization–and even politics (AOKI attended the White House Correspondents Dinner and took the stage for a very special Get Out The Vote (GOTV) in support of Hillary Clinton attended by Bill Clinton).
